Fossil Cottage, Marcross, Vale of Glamorgan

Overview...
On entering the Cottage there is a wooden floored area as you step in and then you step on to a fitted carpet. To the left is a fitted kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, kettle, toaster etc. The slab floor and marble tiles have been chosen to reflect the colour of the natural limestone walls outside.


	To the right there is a staircase, which will take you to the bedrooms and the bathroom, which is straight ahead at the top of the stairs. Turn left and you are in the twin bedroom and turn right you are in the spacious and bright master bedroom.

All the upstairs rooms have Velux roof windows.

The master bedroom has a half-glazed door, which takes you onto the patio and also gives you the view of the neighboring field, which is often occupied by sheep or cattle.

In the springtime lambs will delight you as they playfully race around the field.

	Return to the ground floor and turn right and you will see double doors which lead into the lounge. The lounge has been decorated in neutral colours to create a calm and relaxing place to unwind.

Once again neutral colours have been chosen to complement the stonework of the cottage and surrounding walls. The colour scheme is calm and mellow with comfortable furnishings that will ensure your relaxation. A half-glazed door leads onto a small patio area, in nice weather it’s a lovely spot to sit and watch the world go by.

	A further two additional sleeping spaces in the form of a sofa bed can be utilised in the event of guests who are unable to negotiate the staircase. A shower room and toilet on the ground floor will also be useful to restricted mobility.
